Our advanced AI model independently validates the accuracy of parcel data, ensuring a high degree of precision. Transforming the way we extract comparable projects and plans for pricing, our Data Science team has implemented a new AI-based approach. This not only provides comprehensive comps but also ranks their similarity to the subject property, offering a unique advantage. Currently integrated into the Zonda iPad app, this groundbreaking approach is set to enhance the Enterprise platform in 2024.
Our methodology for land and lot research has evolved from a traditional paper-based process to a sophisticated approach that utilizes machine learning and satellite intelligence. With a base layer of over 3.3 million individual parcel and land records, we can update large-scale development activity and construction statuses in near real-time. This ensures a granular and accurate representation of the ever-changing landscape of new home construction.
Through our connected dataset and satellite-based methodology, we’ve significantly accelerated our market expansion efforts. What used to be a multi-year process has been transformed into a matter of months. In the past nine months alone, we’ve added 17 new markets covering 47 counties, incorporating 650 new projects, 1,700 new subdivisions, and a staggering 260,000 new lots.
