Enterprise 6.0 Release: Expanding Insights with Build-to-Rent Data and Enhanced Functionality
We are thrilled to announce the release of Enterprise 4.0, our latest update designed to optimize the way you access and analyze real estate data. The latest release offers unprecedented insights into the market, historical lot and property transactions, and competitor builder performance. Here is a closer look at what you can expect from Enterprise 4.0:
With our newest data summary, quickly compare builders’ performance based on deed closings. This feature allows you to see how homebuilders stack up against each other in a given market, focusing on deed closing volume over the last year. Discover which builders dominate the market share, which ones have improved over their previous years’ performance, and how builders within competitive product spaces are fairing. This powerful tool is available within the Existing Closings data set, offering results based on current filter criteria and active geography.
Gain access to comprehensive transaction, owner, and character details for any property or parcel. This feature combines data from both parcel and deed records into one accessible report. Property profiles are searchable through the Land Ownership, Land Closings, Existing Ownership, and Existing Closings filters and are accessible via the map, table export menu, or short list popups.
Enhance your understanding of historical transactions for land and property closings. With Enterprise 4.0, you can explore all transactions within your specified sale date range filter, not just the most recent transaction for each property. The property’s transaction history, governed by the sale date range filter, can be found within Land and Existing Closing data sets.
Dive deeper into lot data, including construction stage and product type by builder and subdivision. This feature is designed to support strategic acquisition plans, helping you identify where land development opportunities best meet your timing needs. Export CSV files from the subdivisions table for more granular builder ownership including lot quantity, development, and construction status. The subdivision lot summary is segmented by builder, product type, and lot width combination and can be accessed under Subdivision Data Summaries.
