Each year, the Homebuyers’ Choice Awards recognize the builders, divisions, and industry professionals who are raising the bar for customer experience across the homebuilding industry. Now in their 31st year, these awards highlight what matters most: the voice of the homebuyer.
The winners of the 31st Annual Homebuyers’ Choice Awards were selected based on feedback from more than 210,000 verified homebuyer surveys collected through TrustBuilder CX, powered by Eliant, representing insights from over 250 major homebuilders nationwide. These surveys capture real experiences across the purchase, move‑in, and first year of homeownership, turning customer feedback into meaningful, actionable recognition.
