Mollie is a leading strategist with a career spanning 25+ years as a builder, developer, and consultant in the residential real estate industry. Her experience includes conducting market studies, land acquisition strategies, business planning for future growth, competitive product research, and even tactical marketing planning and design. Most notably, she has been a thought leader with consumer insights and product research across the nation. Mollie led one of the largest consumer survey efforts for the new homebuilding industry, consisting of 20,000+ home shoppers, gathering insights on what consumers value and what they are willing to pay toward their next home and community.
Prior to joining Zonda, Mollie was a Principal with John Burns Real Estate Consulting for almost ten years and has also served on senior leadership teams at Lennar and Kovach Marketing, Pulte Homes/Del Webb, and The Irvine Company. Mollie is a graduate of the University of California, Irvine.
