Zonda is honored to share that together with our clients we have raised a $38,200 donation to HomeAid in an effort to help end homelessness nationwide. HomeAid is a leading developer that builds housing for nonprofit organizations serving those experiencing homelessness. HomeAid believes everyone deserves a safe, stable, and dignified place to call home.
Through Frame event registrations, Zonda and our clients have been able to make this generous and impactful donation. Frames are regional insider events hosted year-round in over 30 markets across the country. Over a four week period Zonda hosted 15 live Frame events across the nation, where our local market experts shared the latest housing industry trends affecting each region. These events had been held exclusively as webinars since March 2020. As live events resumed, Zonda sought the opportunity to use these events to not only equip our customers with locally specialized housing market data, but to positively impact and assist the surrounding communities. One hundred percent of all registration fees from each of the live events of 2021 were donated to the local HomeAid chapter in the region the event was held. After 15 events, the donation totaled over $38,000.
Zonda believes that better homes mean better lives and stronger communities, which is why we have created this philanthropic partnership with HomeAid and plan to continue donating Frame event registration fees to HomeAid in 2022. Additionally, Zonda and HomeAid have partnered to create Impact, a virtual event where leaders that represent the largest home builders from across the nation speak to how the industry is responding to this year’s most critical challenges. Through Frame and Impact, Zonda has contributed over $800,000 to HomeAid. We will host three Frame events per region in 2022 and look forward to continuing to help HomeAid provide a sense of “home” to everyone in all communities.
