Updates to Filters
The filter tray has received significant enhancements to streamline the filtering process. These updates include:
New Additions to Filters:
- Search subdivisions by lot width to narrow down subdivisions results that are most relevant.
- Search land closings by subdivision name to see new transactions and potential competitors coming to market.
Improved Filter Navigation
- See Results in real time as filters are adjusted to pull only the most relevant data.
- See all the data sets in one view to quickly and easily select desired filters.
Access to More History
We’ve improved the export functionality and extended access to historical data.
- Access 10 years of subdivision history for trending insights.
- Control the timeframe of trend data with new date range filters.
- Updated file names reflect selection criteria for easier identification and retrieval from saved files.
School District Insights
Enhance data analysis with the addition of new data points.
- School Districts: Access school district information on any table across all data sets.
- Product types for subdivisions make it easy to identify if future subdivisions are attached or detached in both table views and exports.
Multiple report selections
Our data summaries are now more comprehensive and better organized.
- All data summaries, including recently added demographic reports, are now organized by report type. Easily select all Demographic, Closing or Subdivision Data Summary reports for quick access and selection of reports by type.
- New Employment by Industry Report to better assess the type of housing demand driven by top ranking employment categories.
