Mollie Carmichael is a nationally recognized real estate strategist with more than 35 years of experience advising many of the country’s most sophisticated homebuilders, master-planned community developers, building product manufacturers, financial institutions, land planners, and architectural firms. Her work spans multi-million-dollar investment strategies, including market expansion and acquisitions, highest-and-best-use analysis, land feasibility, master plan positioning, product segmentation, demographic and consumer research, and operational strategic planning.
Mollie’s career includes nearly two decades as a global consultant, complemented by more than 20 years in senior executive leadership roles at some of the most prominent development and homebuilding organizations in the United States. Her leadership experience includes serving as Vice President of Residential Product Planning at The Irvine Company; Regional Vice President of Strategic Marketing for the California Region at Pulte Homes/Del Webb; Vice President of Strategic Marketing at Lennar; Senior Vice President at Kovach Marketing; and Principal at John Burns Real Estate Consulting.
A widely quoted industry authority, Mollie has appeared in national and international media, with features and commentary in outlets such as The Wall Street Journal, MSNBC, Reuters, Businessweek, Professional Builder, Builder Online, and other leading industry publications.
