Over a span of more than three decades, Adam regularly analyzes real estate projects and markets around the country and internationally. He has significant “on the ground” experience in 42 states and four countries, and regularly works on asset types that range from individual subdivisions to large-scale master planned communities to urban/mixed-use projects and beyond. Aside from having vast experience working on the primary housing side, he also has significant experience in the resort/second home space. In fact, he recently spent six years on the Urban Land Institute’s Recreational Development Council (Red Flight), which focuses exclusively on second-home developments, and now sits on the Lifestyle Residential Development 55+ Council.
Adam has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Real Estate from San Diego State University. He has also completed the course requirements for a MIRM designation through the National Association of Home Builders, and is an active Full Member of the Urban Land Institute. He has been quoted by publications such as the Los Angeles Times, the San Diego Union-Tribune, Builder/Developer Magazine, ULI Magazine, etc. Adam is based in our Solana Beach, California office.
