Zonda Welcomes Christina Truong to the Advisory Team

Christina Truong will serve as Managing Director of Operations for our Advisory team

We are excited to welcome Christina Truong to Zonda as our new Managing Director of Operations for the Advisory team. Christina is a passionate problem solver who will bring her experience in real estate consulting to support the Advisory team and build better processes at scale. She is dedicated to developing and executing organizational strategies to improve the team’s capabilities and structure.

“Adding Christina to our team is like adding the last piece to the coolest puzzle there is to create a great experience,” said Tim Sullivan, Senior Managing Principal, Advisory. “She has an extensive background in the advisory side of our industry and has translated that into continuous process improvement. Her addition to our team will help us evolve to the next level of efficiency and excellence and we are extremely excited to have her join us.”

About Christina

Before joining Zonda, Christina worked at a consulting firm as Director of Resources. She is an experienced project manager – advising developer, builder, and capital partner clients on real estate consulting projects across the United States.

Christina holds a bachelor’s degree in Marine Biology from the University of California, Los Angeles and a Master of Urban Planning degree from University of Southern California. If asked which college team she roots for, she will say, “Bruins all the way!”

Christina is from Irvine, California and now lives in Lake Forest with her family. In her spare time she enjoys practicing yoga and teaching her dog new tricks.
