Over 1,300 people gathered in the Windy City last week for AHF Live: The 2021 Affordable Housing Developers Summit hosted at the Hyatt Regency Chicago. AHF Live is the premier conference and exposition serving affordable housing developers, owners, management firms, and state housing agencies nationwide. This year’s conference focused on strategies and tools to help make deals feasible in the wake of the pandemic and affordable housing hardships. Exceptional speakers shared current market conditions, forecasts, and creative solutions for developing and preserving affordable housing.
The conference ran three days, from November 15-17 and was jam-packed with insightful sessions, panel discussions, workshops, and influential networking opportunities. Some of the top sessions included: a State of the Industry Power Panel, Weighing Your Debt Financing Options, Tapping Into Bond Financing, a Capitol Hill Update, and a Tax Credit Equity Outlook Power Panel.
