Tommy Beadel is the founder and CEO of Thomas James Homes, a young and thriving builder with a unique value proposition—they purchase old homes in some of the top desired markets in the country, tear them down, and build luxurious custom dream homes.

Tommy has always been business-minded. At the age of four he started his own home bakery – baking and selling fresh bread to his neighbors. At 21 he got his real estate license and went into the mortgage industry. An astute mathematician, he sees every business opportunity as a math problem that he can solve.

But Tommy’s motivation doesn’t just lie in the predictability of math – he is deeply rooted and moved by his desire to impact others and make a difference in their lives. From the homeowners they build for, to the contractors and everyone they work with along the way, he says “that’s what drives me to get out of bed every day and grow and run this business. I want to make an impact on people.”
