Dr. Adam Perdue Joins Zonda Advisory Team

Dr. Perdue is an experienced real estate economist and Zonda Advisory’s new Director.

We are excited to welcome Dr. Adam Perdue to the Advisory team as our newest Director. An experienced spatial, urban, and real estate economist, Dr. Perdue has extensive experience across the housing and real estate markets of Texas. In his recent role at the Texas Real Estate Center at Texas A&M University, he focused on economic dynamics between Texas cities and the impact of public policy on local economies and real estate.

Previously, Dr. Perdue analyzed the Houston economy and real estate markets at the University of Houston’s Institute for Regional Forecasting. He also has experience in consulting and data analysis in Oil and Gas at IHS Markit (now S&P Global) and with John Burns Real Estate Consulting in Houston.

Dr. Perdue brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the team. He will be supporting Bryan Glasshagel, Senior Vice President, and Zonda’s Central/Southeast Homebuilding team in enhancing Advisory coverage in the Houston region.
