Ali Wolf Honored as One of Orange County’s Most Influential People of 2021

The Orange County Register has named Zonda’s Chief Economist, Ali Wolf, as one of the most influential persons in Orange County in 2021. The list is comprised of people who made a remarkable difference and inspired others throughout the year, many of whom were reader suggestions. Ali is in exceptional company on the list, alongside other great minds such as Kris Theiler, vice president of Disneyland, Sovantevy “Sovey” Long-Latteri, one of California’s Teacher of Year award recipients, and Oliver Chi, the Huntington Beach city manager. 

“As the chief economist for Newport Beach-based Zonda, she has been tasked with deciphering and explaining a wild market for homebuilders who juggle unexpected high demand for their products and unprecedented shortages of supplies and labor,” stated the article.
