Randall Lewis of Lewis Management Corp. discusses his journey to leadership, his passion for developing healthy communities and his vision for the future.
With over 45-years’ experience in the real estate industry, Randall knows a thing or two about leadership. He oversees the marketing activities for all regions of the organization. He has expertise in land acquisition, market research, product design, advertising, and sales. But Randall isn’t just in the family business of building homes and developing communities, he’s weaving an impactful legacy of philanthropy focused on creating healthier initiatives for communities, people, and the planet.
Randall is a research enthusiast and explorer at heart. He has traveled the globe, visited so many neighborhoods and new masterplans for decades, and he is always seeking out what’s on the horizon. The movie buff compares community development to directing a movie, from setting the scene to bringing together the right team in order to create lasting and meaningful projects critics will love. He’s an active supporter of education and arts and currently serves on the Southern California Leadership Council. He is a past Trustee of the Urban Land Institute, to which his organization recently donated a staggering $10 million.
