Graduating from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science in Social and Behavioral Science, Mr. Heinle has accumulated 20 years of real estate industry experience. His extensive experience in all aspects of real estate research has proven invaluable to understanding individual property dynamics.
Mr. Heinle’s professional experience has evolved from vacant land research to the commercial real estate analysis. On his first assignment with The Meyers Group, he helped establish new regional offices in Texas. Next, Mr. Heinle worked for a local Phoenix homebuilder, where he was responsible for due diligence and market analysis as part of the Land Acquisition process. Most recently, at The Hogan Group & Skybridge Companies, he was in charge of all customized marketing materials using advanced desktop, graphic, and mapping software.
