Teri Fiore, now Vice President of Research Operations, began her career with Zonda 25 years ago as the Research Manager for the Florida region. Shortly after, she moved into a national role as a part of the technology and research operations team, going on to lead the evolution of the company’s proprietary residential real estate research model, leveraging technology to expand and develop new research methodology to meet the analytical needs of a changing industry. In her current role, Teri oversees Zonda’s research operations and is instrumental in maintaining data integrity and expanding the company’s footprint across the U.S. Teri is a Registered Nurse, graduating with honors from Hillsborough Community Nursing College and has completed course work at DePaul SNL.
