Kristine leads the Meyers Research Advisory team in Florida and has over 16 years of experience in real estate strategy and market analysis. Prior to joining Meyers Research, she was a Vice President with another national real estate consulting firm where she managed assignments throughout Florida and the Southeast. Kristine also worked for two large home builders providing feasibility guidance for land acquisitions and community development. Kristine has worked for public and private REITs, as well as private investment companies.
Kristine has a BBA from the University of Iowa with majors in Finance and Marketing and a minor in English. She also earned a certificate in Urban Real Estate from the University of Illinois-Chicago. Kristine is the Chair of the ULI Community Housing and Development Product Council in Florida, a member of the Southwest Florida Executive Committee and Advisory Committee, and a member of the ULI RNDC-Gold National Product Council.
