Evan has been Vice President for Metrostudy and Meyers Research since 2017. His work has spanned the country. Evan’s work includes portfolio analysis, product and pricing recommendations, for-sale and for-rent properties, land use analysis and the proprietary Land Value Optimization analysis. Prior to joining Metrostudy in 2017, Evan served as Director of Planning and Research for The Atalon Group, a small boutique national firm meeting the real estate needs of financial institutions, lenders, investors, developers, law firms, and private individuals. Before Atalon, Evan worked for a private homebuilder in Las Vegas leading the market research team. Evan started his career building and developing homes and commercial projects in the northeast.
Evan is a graduate of Rollins College holding a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a Master’s Degree of Public Policy from Pepperdine University. Evan has been a member of the American Planning Association and Urban Land Institute.
