Alejandro has over two decades of hospitality and real estate experience. He has served numerous clients, including multinational development companies, financial institutions, lodging companies, law firms, private equity funds in the US, Latin America and the Caribbean.
In his role, Alejandro will provide a wide array of real estate advisory services with a key focus on the hospitality and tourism sectors in the areas of strategic planning, market and feasibility analysis, operations diagnostics, valuation, portfolio analysis, mergers and acquisitions as well as dispute and litigation support.
Prior to joining Meyers Research, Alejandro has worked for Alvarez & Marsal, Deloitte Consulting, Ernst & Young and Mobil Oil. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Monterrey Tech (ITESM) in Mexico City. He also earned an MBA from SMU in Dallas, TX.
