Over a span of more than two decades, Adam has helped our clients make informed decisions regarding their real estate developments around the country and internationally. He has significant “on the ground” experience in approximately 30 states and well over 60 MSA’s, and regularly works on asset types that range from individual subdivisions to large-scale master planned communities to urban/mixed-use projects and beyond. Aside from having vast experience working on the primary housing side, he also has significant experience in the resort/second home space.
Adam has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Real Estate from San Diego State University. He also has completed the course requirements for a MIRM designation, and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute. He has been quoted by publications such as the Los Angeles Times, the San Diego Union Tribune, Builder/Developer Magazine, etc.
