Privacy Policy Supplemental Notice for Residents of Certain U.S. States

What?

State consumer privacy laws give residents of certain U.S. states the right to know what personal information Zonda collects about them (online and offline) and whether this information is shared with third parties, as well as certain rights regarding Zonda’s collection and use of their personal information. This Supplemental Notice provides the information required under these state laws. Any terms defined in the state laws have the same meaning when used in this Supplemental Notice.

We have listed the privacy rights for several jurisdictions below, but we understand you may have additional rights in your jurisdiction. You may contact us directly at any time about exercising your data protection rights. We will consider your request in accordance with applicable laws.:

Right to Limit the Use of Sensitive Personal Information. You may have the right to direct us to use or disclose sensitive personal information only for providing goods or services, or as otherwise permitted under applicable law. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for any purpose other than providing our goods and services to you, or as otherwise permitted under applicable law.

Right Not to Be Subject to Discrimination.You have the right to be free from discrimination or retaliation for exercising any of your privacy rights as described above.

We value the security and confidentiality of your personal information. Therefore, if you exercise your right to notice, right of access, or right to deletion, we must first verify your identity to make sure that you are the person about whom we have collected personal information. We verify every request carefully. You may also authorize someone else to submit these requests on your behalf. Right to Appeal. If we do not decide to act in response to your request to exercise a right, we will provide a timely response detailing the reasons for not taking the action and, depending on your jurisdiction, any rights that you may have to appeal our decision.
