Justin LaJoie Joins Zonda as Executive Vice President and General Manager

The former Zillow VP will be instrumental in growing the Zonda Listings brand and platforms.

We are proud to welcome Justin LaJoie to Zonda as our new Executive Vice President and General Manager of Zonda Listings. LaJoie joins the organization at a pivotal time of growth and expansion. The 22-year veteran of the PropTech space will play a crucial role in the rebranding and launch of Livabl, an online listings platform for new construction homes.

LaJoie’s expansive industry expertise of real estate product solutions and operations will bring strategic direction to the growing Zonda Listings brand. His experience will help elevate and guide the Livabl platform growth. LaJoie recently served as the Vice President of Product Engineering at Zillow. Prior, he was the Founder and CEO of Diverse Solutions, which was acquired by Zillow.

Earlier this year, Zonda announced the rebrand of Canadian home listings platform BuzzBuzzHome to Livabl, with service expansion across North America. Livabl provides buyers the ability to search through and view new home listings. Combined with Zonda’s new home plans destinations, Livabl is North America’s largest destination serving new home buyers/intenders and supply-side firms alike.
