He has worked with clients on projects throughout the country and has completed extensive research on land development, new home projects, and build-to-rent communities. He has provided invaluable insights into the industry through numerous white papers and has been cited in Bloomberg Businessweek, HousingWire, and CBS MoneyWatch. Previously, Sean led market research and consumer insights initiatives at both a national builder and a developer.
