At Brookfield/Newland, he led a centralized insights team supporting land, housing, multifamily, build-to-rent, and mixed-use projects nationwide—informing acquisition and product strategies for award-winning communities such as Nexton (SC), Wendell Falls (NC), Bexley (FL), Elyson (TX), and Tehaleh (WA).
