Over a span of nearly three decades, Adam regularly analyzes real estate projects and markets around the country and internationally. He has significant “on the ground” experience in 40 states and four countries, and regularly works on asset types that range from individual subdivisions to large-scale master planned communities to urban/mixed-use projects and beyond. Aside from having vast experience working on the primary housing side, he also has significant experience in the resort/second home space. In fact, he recently spent six years on the Urban Land Institute’s Recreational Development Council (Red Flight), which focuses exclusively on second-home developments. He also has notable experience assessing ski-, golf- and retirement-oriented projects.
Adam has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Real Estate from San Diego State University. He also has completed the course requirements for a MIRM designation and is an active Full Member of the Urban Land Institute. He has been quoted by publications such as the Los Angeles Times, the San Diego Union-Tribune, Builder/Developer Magazine, ULI Magazine, GlobeSt., etc., and has participated in multiple hour-long radio interviews regarding the national second home market. Adam is based in our Solana Beach, California office.
