Susan Heffron Promoted to Vice President of Advisory

With expertise in the Southeast home building markets, Susan provides vital market coverage to the Zonda Advisory division.

We are proud to share the promotion of Susan Heffron to Vice President, Advisory. Susan has over 23 years of experience in the real estate industry, working for both private and public sectors. She has been with Zonda since 2021, working on market studies for a variety of product types throughout the United States. Her primary focus has been on projects in the Southeast and Midwest.

About Susan

Prior to joining Zonda, Susan worked in market research and analysis, entitlements, land use, and community planning in both North and South Carolina.  She was responsible for in-house market research for three national homebuilders in the greater Charlotte MSA and was the regional analyst for a national builder with research experience in the northeast and midwest United States.

Susan received a B.A. in Architecture from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and holds both a Master of Public Administration and a Master of Business Administration.  She has a North Carolina Real Estate Broker’s License and is a member of the American Planning Association, as an American Institute of Certified Planner (AICP) since 2004. She also holds the LEED AP BD+C designation from the US Green Building Council.
