Zonda Welcomes Dustin Moudy to the Advisory Team

Dustin Moudy will serve as Senior Vice President of Advisory to our Houston clients

Zonda is proud to welcome Dustin Moudy to the team as our new Senior Vice President of Advisory serving the Houston, Texas area.

“We are thrilled to have Dustin join our Advisory team,” said Tim Sullivan, Senior Managing Principal, Advisory. “He brings a wealth of knowledge in a variety of asset classes and has a deep understanding of the Houston market.”

Dustin will strive to expand Zonda’s footprint in Houston and Texas as a whole alongside Kimberly Byrum and Bryan Glasshagel.

About Dustin

Dustin is an accomplished advisor with over 20 years of experience in corporate finance and residential real estate. He joins us from John Burns Real Estate Consulting where he led custom consulting and market feasibility study efforts across Texas. Dustin has worked across a wide spectrum of residential real estate sectors including new for-sale housing and master-planned communities, single-family rental, single-family build-to-rent, and apartments. In recent years, he was particularly focused on the emerging build-to-rent sector.

Prior to his time at JBREC, he worked as a project manager supporting acquisition and new land development activities for Houston-based Senterra Real Estate Group. Dustin also spent several years in corporate finance roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific.

Dustin holds a B.B.A. in Finance from Northeastern State University (Oklahoma), and a M.S. in Finance from The University of Oklahoma, Norman.
